Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga incorporates various yogic poses and exercises with breathing techniques; all focused on stimulating the rise of the serpent. The rise of the serpent refers to the shift of an energy or force, carried by the cerebrospinal fluid. This event begins from the base of the spine, the root chakra, before rising along the spinal column and into the crown chakra, at which point one’s superhuman abilities are inspired into action. From here, one has transcended an older version of self, an older programme from which to perceive reality, and now find themselves operating the human vessel and the Earthly interface from a new paradigm.
Furthermore, practicing kundalini yoga, significantly increases the body’s joint and muscular flexibility, lung capacity and strength. These benefits guarantee an entering into our advanced ages with a youthful grace and vitality.
